Job Description
You will be responsible for:
Work at the wellness reception
Receiving and responding to guests’ inquiries by phone, e-mail or live
Reservation of spa services as well as payment for them and encouragement of new reservations
Reception, welcoming and accommodation of guests and promotion of the wellness center’s offer
Sale of wellness products and services
Taking care of hygiene and cleanliness according to the highest quality standards
Care and supervision regarding the rules of behavior in the wellness center in accordance with the rules and procedures
Implementation of activities in accordance with legal and internal regulations and standard goals and procedures
